Web Development

In the contemporary digital landscape, websites play a crucial role in communication, information dissemination and commercial activities. Websites act as virtual communication gateways and as platforms where users can access content, services or interact with businesses. But websites can also serve as a software solution with web applications for data and business processes used by employees and not consumers. I build web applications using Python Django in the backend and JavaScript in the frontend.

Desktop Software

Although desktop software has received less attention in the wake of the increasing importance of web applications and mobile apps, it is still an important category of applications designed to operate locally on a user's machine. The desktop solutions I developed as part of my past projects were built for the most common operating systems Windows, macOS and Linux, including native and cross-platform software.

Mobile Applications

Mobile apps are exciting not only because they are portable, but also because they can access lots of mobile hardware, which allows developers to build useful applications and utilize functionalities based on these hardware resources such as cameras, QR-code scanners, audio recorders, GPS, acceleration sensors, fingerprint sensors, NFC, Bluetooth etc. My past projects include mobile applications for different industries ranging from medical apps to news apps for Android and iOS.

Data Systems and Artificial Intelligence

Data has become not only an integral part of most digital technologies and products, it has also evolved into an important production factor for business. With data becoming more and more relevant businesses increasingly rely on technologies such as databases, ETL processes, machine learning models, big data analysis, simulations, visualizations or automated reporting systems.

Industrial Software and Automation

At the heart of industrial software lie automated systems that are designed to automate repetitive tasks, enhance precision or minimize the margin for error. In the industrial landscape, projects focus to a large extend on data streams and conduits for integrating and harnessing diverse data streams from sensors, machines and production lines.
